No longer the new ones

There's a new level one in school. Welcome guys.

Damn, it feels good to be one of the veterans. Granted, by comparison we still don't know shit - but we're no longer the headless chickens we used to be. We know things!

It was an exciting night tonight. We were one guy short in our group and all of us had to make up for it.
It was a bit of a hustle and we all loved it. Teamwork becomes more important every day and we're getting pretty good at it.
We cranked out Hanger Steaks tonight, dressed in a ginger/garlic/teriyaki sauce. We had broccoli, rosemary potatoes a salad and a fruit salad.

Everything was done in time, tasted right and didn't seem to make anyone sick.
I'm really loving family and could do this throughout level 2.
We have only one more day of family left though - then it's off to garde manger.

This whole thing is getting better every day - I'm starting to feel like a cook, not like a computer guy that likes to cook.
