Garde Manger 4.0

Tonight level 4 was one student short and so I got upgraded to 4.0 - a lot less of a big deal than I thought it would be.
It seems to me that there is no real difference between level 3 and 4, besides bragging rights.
It was fun to be among some new faces though, at least until one of them opened his toolbox and discovered a peace of fish that some prankster put in there a week earlier. The stink was unbearable.

Tuesday night the restaurant will be closed to the public and instead will host a dinner for 65 guests, I think the chefs are a bit nervous about us pulling it off...
