Back in the Level I kitchen...

Today was my first day at the FCI...as a teacher. Well, as an assistant teacher.
I was asked to join the team and gladly accepted.

It's great to be back and to see the workings of the school from another perspective. I will give you some updates along the way.

Ive been debating changing careers to the culinary field since its been a love of mine my whole life.
