Back in New York

I came back from Germany late on Wednesday night tired and jet-lagged but also very happy to be home with girlfriend and dog...

The trip was great and I will at some point post some of the recipes I learned. A great surprise waited in my email when I got home - Elizabeth from my amateur class at FCI organized a little get-together at L'Ecole (the school's restaurant).
I can't wait to see everybody.
