Just one more day in the kitchen...

One more time we will be in the Level 2 kitchen. On Thursday, that's it. Unless of course something really bad happens and we fail the midterm.
Shouldn't happen, but has happened...

Anyway, I've decided not get bent out of shape about the tests. I do get the occasional sense of impending doom, but then I tell myself that all I have to do is cook. And not burn stuff, or undercook, or forget to place a potato on the plate.

The midterms will be held in our old kitchen, the level 1 kitchen. I will now read my books for about 10 hours every day and hope that some of it sticks...
