Very happy with my new partner. When we came into class Saturday, chef had written names on each station. Me and my new partner have become an instant team,
In Saturday's lesson we fried potatoes in various ways (yep French Fries too).
We hustled and it showed, everything looked tasty and golden brown...The assistant chef actually went to the storeroom and presented us with a big jug of Heinz ketchup. Ketchup at the French Culinary Institute! I'll let that sit for a moment.
