In Vino Veritas

To celebrate our advancement into level 3 the school organized a wine tasting tonight. No class, no tests just booze.
Well that's what we expected. In reality the wine didn't flow as much as we would have liked so after class we had to supplement at a local bar.

All in all it was a nice evening. A lot of people had turned into monsters (especially me) before the midterms and it was good to see everybody back to normal.

I'm really looking forward to Thursday. Our group will start at the saucier station, our first dish will be coq au vin. This will be the first time we will cook on a line - just like in a restaurant.
