Pork Fat Rules!

As much as I hate to quote Emeril, the man has a point when he goes into his infantile praises of pork.
We made the most delicious pork dish last night. It was one of those simple ones, pork, mashed potatoes, some veggies and a delicious jus. Simple is good and again "pork fat rules", "BAM!" there, I said it.
It won't happen again....

Although our dish was competing with level 4's very delicious Filet Mignon, we got about as many orders as they did.
It was an extremely smooth operation last night, no glitches, no hick-ups, just great team work.

The night ended with the obligatory visit to Toad Hall, where we got a little plastered and were treated to the best Robert De Niro impersonation I have ever seen. This guy from level 2 is so good at it he could probably make a career out of it.
