The End is near...

It's official, we're in level 4 now! Not that it really feels any different, we're in the same kitchen, we make somewhat similar dishes and we have the same schedule and structure we had in level 3.
The main difference is that we now have our level 2 teacher again - that will take me some time to get used to. I really enjoyed our level 3 chef and already she is missed by all of us.

One of the perks of being level 4 is definitely the clout that comes with seniority. No more chicken carcasses to clean, no more stock to make, no more expediting, just cooking.
That feels good. I remember what it was like in the beginning - the way we looked up to the higher levels, how we were in awe of their skills.

We've all come a long way and while we're all pretty happy about where we are, some of us are starting to feel blue about it all being over soon.
