I wish today was February 19th...

February 19th is the day we have our midterms. Today we had "Mock Midterms", a little trial run.
There was nine of us and we can all be pretty proud of ourselves.
Had today been the real deal I would have not only passed but done so with a pretty good grade.

We were each given 2 dishes and a time for each of them to be presented.
I had to have 4 plates of Trout Grenobloise ready at 9:20 and 4 plates of apple tarte at 10:01.
Timing worked out beautifully,there was good communication between all of us and my dishes came out very nice.

I hope I can repeat this when it's time for the real deal.
Besides being happy about today's result, I'm still sick as a dog. Taking antibiotics like they're candy. Hopefully I'll be in better shape when the weekend comes around.
